<wildtype> is a number that defines the fate of a cell in the tree - in the files I have send you this has not been used, so the value is always -1.
<color> is a real hexadecimal RGB value (e.g. 00ff00 for green)
<size> and <shape> are internal values of BioCell
<coordinates> are real pixels
<g.name2> and <name> might be empty - they depend on the template used.
